Services We Provide

TM Conveyancing Services provides top quality conveyancing services and covers conveyancing for all areas of Victoria.  We are fully licensed conveyancers and have been in business since 1997.  Examples of areas of conveyancing work we cover include property private sales and auctions including preparation of Section 32 Vendors Statements and Contracts of Sale, property purchases, subdivisions and plans of consolidation of residential and commercial property. All of our team are fully licensed and insured by Professional Indemnity Insurance.  T M Conveyancing Services is also a member of the Victorian Institute of Conveyancers (Vic Division) of which Tracey is a Fully Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC).
