Tracey Francis is Owner/Operator of T M Conveyancing Services which is based in Beaumaris Victoria, and has been doing conveyancing for over 30 years.  Tracey holds both a Certificate IV in Business (Conveyancing Practice) as well as a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing).  Tracey was one of the first top 60 people to obtain her conveyancing license in 2008 and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
